Afro-Hip Hop Dance is a high impact cardio workout created by Tatiana Zamir. This class is mainly inspired by Hip Hop and West African movement with a sprinkling of other dance forms in the mix. These classes will get you moving in ways that improve flexibility, develops core strength, and burn through calories in a flash. Unlike any other cardio fusion class, Afro-Hip Hop Dance Workout is a great workout and a ton of fun. All bodies and levels of experience are welcome.
